What happens next. We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and resolve within seven working days.
If your complaint is not resolved within 45 working days of filing, you may refer the matter to the Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority (NAMFISA).
NAMFISA only considers complaints that Liberty has attempted to resolve and where the complainant remains dissatisfied with the outcome.
